Extra Benefits of Working at Parity
If you decide to join us, you can enjoy benefits including 28 days annual leave per year, access to offices in Berlin, Lisbon and London, and competitive remuneration. We may even be able to help you relocate to Germany or Portugal, with visa sponsorship, while UK employees can benefit from private health insurance. In Portugal, we offer a meal allowance and private medical bills can also be reimbursed. We offer a general referral bonus to all employees, and even 90 days remote working abroad per year.

Our Hiring Process: How it Works
If you apply for an advertised role at Parity, we commit to providing a smooth, respectful, and transparent hiring experience where you feel valued, no matter the outcome.
We’re committed to making your hiring journey as straightforward and efficient as possible. After you apply, we’ll take about 10 days to review applications and build a diverse pool of candidates. If your profile stands out, we’ll get in touch to kick off the next steps. We aim to take no more than 21 further days from that point to complete the process, including a formal offer of employment should you be successful.
Our process includes structured interviews, skills assessments, and a hiring committee to ensure fairness and inclusivity at every step. We believe in clear communication, so you’ll be informed throughout, and you’ll be invited to provide feedback at the end to help us continually improve.
